Erika Wolfe, MC, LPC-S

Contracted Counselor in Chalmette
With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor, I support individuals navigating life’s challenges with care and compassion. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, women’s issues, and the lasting effects of abuse, including domestic violence. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps process difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I believe therapy should meet you where you are. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you—building trust, understanding, and meaningful progress along the way. As we work together, I’ll help you develop practical tools, strengthen your sense of self, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.
